What is Zarvo?
Zarvo is your padel coordinator. Tell it when and where you want to play, and it searches supported UK venues and booking providers for suitable courts or public games.
What can I ask Zarvo to do?
Ask naturally: find a court near a place and time, show indoor venues, compare nearby clubs, look for public games, or refine results by distance, duration and price.
Is the availability live?
Court searches use the latest availability returned by supported booking providers. Availability can change quickly, so Zarvo rechecks a selected slot before sending you to the provider.
Does Zarvo book courts or take payment?
No. Zarvo helps you discover and compare options, then hands you over to the booking provider. The provider confirms the booking, charges you and handles cancellations or refunds.
Which booking providers are searched?
Zarvo can search supported venues across providers including PadelStars, Playtomic, Padel Mates and MATCHi. Coverage varies by venue and area.
Do I need an account?
No account is needed to search. Logging in lets you save a player profile so Zarvo can use your preferences in future agent conversations.
What should I put in my player profile?
Add free-text details that help Zarvo assist you: usual locations, preferred times, level, indoor or outdoor preference, travel limit, budget and anything else that matters.
Can other players open a shared game plan?
Yes. Invited players can use the guest link without registering. The organiser link controls the plan, so keep it private.
Why did my search return no results?
The time may be fully booked, outside provider coverage or too narrowly filtered. Try a wider area, another time, a longer time window or fewer preferences.
How do public games work?
Zarvo can find supported public games that need players. Use the join link to review the match and complete joining with the provider; player identities are not exposed in Zarvo.
Is Zarvo free?
Zarvo currently does not charge for court discovery or booking handoffs. The booking provider’s displayed court or game prices still apply.
How is my data used?
Your account and optional profile are used to provide and personalise Zarvo. Profile text is passed into authenticated agent calls, and you can edit or delete it from your profile page.
Does Zarvo guarantee availability or prices?
No. Providers remain the source of truth. Check the final time, price, court and terms on the provider’s page before paying.
