Information we use
Account information is used only if you create an account. We also use optional saved player preferences, the requests you submit, booking-handoff activity, technical security data, and public venue details.
AI processing and providers
Zarvo sends requests and, for signed-in players, saved profile data to its configured AI provider, currently Google’s paid Gemini API. This includes generating personalised search examples and using the profile as request context. Connected booking and venue services receive the search criteria needed to return availability. Booking occurs only after you choose to leave Zarvo for the provider. This notice must be updated before Zarvo changes AI supplier.
